William Mulligan, Managing Member and Partner

William Mulligan joined Bay Crest Partners as a principal in 1993 and is one of the managing members of the firm. Mr. Mulligan was the driving force in establishing the firm, which is one of the most reputable and largest floor operations in the industry.

In addition to leading the firm through its current expansion, Mr. Mulligan is a seasoned sales trader. His breadth of sales experience in both the domestic and international trading arena provides the firm with strong relationships in all customer segments.

Mr. Mulligan is a graduate from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

 

Anthony Riccio Jr., Partner

Anthony Riccio Jr. joined Bay Crest Partners in 1995 as a sales trader. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Riccio has served an integral role in helping Bay Crest Partners expand its platform to address the world of derivatives. Mr. Riccio’s diverse skill set as a manager, recruiter, sales trader and principal of the firm has been critical to its success.

Mr. Riccio graduated from Siena College with a bachelor's in business administration.

 

Richard Crisalli, Managing Member and Partner

Richard Crisalli began his financial career on the American Stock Exchange in 1989. In 1993, he joined Bay Crest Partners as the firm’s head trader on the NYSE exchange floor. Mr. Crisalli’s broad financial trading expertise serves as the backbone for the firm’s execution team, and has been a leader in developing Bay Crest Partners’ reputation for world class client service.

In 2001, Mr. Crisalli became a partner in the firm. He moved to the firm’s upstairs trading platform in 2008, serving as Bay Crest Partners’ head trader responsible for managing and running its equity desk.

Eugene Croddick II, Partner

Eugene Croddick II joined the firm in 2001 and has been a partner since 2005. Mr. Croddick is a strong leader in the firm’s sales and recruiting efforts, and plays a significant role in the area of new business development.

Prior to joining Bay Crest Partners, Mr. Croddick became an American Stock Exchange member floor broker at Englander and Company, and served in the same capacity at Heights Partners.

 

John Carroll, Chief Operating Officer

John Carroll is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Bay Crest Partners, running and overseeing the company’s day-to-day business. He brings to the firm more than 22 years of Wall Street expertise along with a wealth of diversified business experience.

Prior to joining Bay Crest Partners, Mr. Carroll’s career spans three Wall Street firms. He most recently served in the position as Portfolio Manager at Diamondback Capital Management on an international financial portfolio with a focus on Europe.

In 2001, Mr. Carroll joined Weeden & Co. LP as Senior Equity Sector Strategist focusing on the US markets. He also built a hedge fund prospecting and servicing center as well as worked very closely with the firm’s CEO to formulate business plans, and analyze potential new business lines and revenue opportunities for the firm.

Mr. Carroll started his financial career in 1987 at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc, spending 14 years at the firm, where he had advanced to the position of Senior Managing Director in the firm’s International Equity division. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Carroll also performed in a variety of roles, such as head Asian trader, head Latin American trader, and eventually managing the firm’s capital running a global proprietary book with the capacity to invest in different products as well as all markets around the globe.

Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola College.
